Job Summary

As the first Customer Engineer in a full-time remote role, the successful candidate will set Enterprise customers up for technical success, serve as the primary technical expert on the Customer Experience team, and support pre-sales efforts to help close deals.

Key responsibilities
  • Own technical onboarding and implementation for large Enterprise accounts, managing API integrations, SSO configuration, and custom workflows
  • Act as the primary technical resource for the CX team, addressing customer inquiries related to APIs, integrations, and platform architecture
  • Collaborate with the Sales team during pre-sales conversations to provide technical credibility and assist in scoping custom implementations
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer consulting, particularly with Enterprise engagements involving complex technical solutions
  • Proficiency in building integrations with APIs and understanding integration architecture, including SSO and custom workflows
  • Experience in using AI tools and technologies as part of daily operations and customer interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop lightweight internal tooling and automations in ambiguous environments
  • Background in B2B SaaS, ideally as an Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager at a Series A-C company
