Job Summary
Owning the technical success and expansion of high-value customers, the full-time remote Customer Engineer will engage in technical conversations, conduct architecture reviews, and proactively monitor customer health to ensure optimal cloud platform performance for AI-native and technology-forward companies.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for a portfolio of high-value customers, leading onboarding and establishing production readiness
- Conduct regular technical check-ins and executive business reviews, translating platform usage data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption of new platform capabilities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in a post-sales technical role such as Customer Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Solutions Architect
- Strong hands-on understanding of cloud application architecture, including web services, databases, and container deployments
- Experience working with AI-native companies and familiarity with LLM API integration patterns
- Proven commercial acumen in identifying expansion opportunities and tracking account health metrics
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
