Customer Engineer

Job Summary

Engaging with prospective customers, the full-time Customer Engineer will design and implement solutions using open-source technologies, onboard clients to Diagrid Cloud, and provide architecture guidance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and pain points to create tailored solutions using Diagrid products
• Conduct customer demos, build Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions, and offer architecture guidance on cloud-native technologies
• Aggregate customer feedback to inform product features and strategic direction within the company

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role
• Solid understanding of computer science principles with a focus on distributed systems
• Developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET, or Go
• Experience in designing and building enterprise applications and solutions
• Familiarity with open-source software and Git-based version control systems
