Job Summary
Driving customer success in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Customer Engineer II will manage deployment plans and technical leadership for clients in the Telco, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming sectors, ensuring they maximize their investment in Google Cloud products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate structured deployment plans, managing timelines and clearing blockers across teams
- Employ coding and systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate customer deployment
- Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads and drive sustainable product usage for ongoing customer value
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management
- Proficiency in programming languages, debugging, or systems design
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders
