Job Summary
Partnering with technical Sales teams, the full-time remote Customer Engineer III in Georgia will engage with customers to understand their business challenges, troubleshoot technical issues, and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions while driving new business workloads and ensuring successful post-sales transitions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, supporting targeted sales motions
- Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to demonstrate the value of Google Cloud Platform through complex demos and workshops
- Architect cross-pillar solutions, drive technical wins, and facilitate the post-sales transition to implementation teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience with cloud engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders
- Proficiency in programming languages, debugging, and systems design
