Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engineer III, Platform, HCLS.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing customer technical objections and developing strategies to resolve issues
- Support technical relationships with customers through advocacy, product briefings, and proof-of-concept work
- Recommend integration strategies and architectures to implement solutions on Google Cloud
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience with cloud engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders
- Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms is preferred
