Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engineer IV, Field CTO.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing technical objections and developing strategies to resolve blockers
- Provide enterprise AI expertise to support customer relationships, including technology advocacy and proof-of-concept work
- Guide customers in assessing legacy application environments and recommend modernization strategies and integration solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders
- Experience working with founders or supporting startup companies
- Master's degree in a technical field is preferred
