Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer IV, Field CTO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing technical objections and developing strategies to resolve blockers
  • Provide enterprise AI expertise to support customer relationships, including technology advocacy and proof-of-concept work
  • Guide customers in assessing legacy application environments and recommend modernization strategies and integration solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
  • Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders
  • Experience working with founders or supporting startup companies
  • Master's degree in a technical field is preferred
