Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer IV, Platform, Greenfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing customer technical objections and developing strategies to resolve blockers
  • Support technical relationships with customers through technology advocacy, bid responses, and proof-of-concept work
  • Lead prospecting and acquisition of new customers, establishing trusted advisor relationships for long-term technology decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
  • Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
  • Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms
  • Experience with security concepts such as encryption, identity management, and access control
