Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer specializing in Office Apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct standard product workshops and in-depth product reviews
  • Perform health checks, post-operational reviews, and system performance reviews
  • Act as the primary technical contact for advanced technical support and problem resolution

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in software support, IT consulting, or related field
  • Experience with O365 Office Apps, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Understanding of ITIL/Service Management, project management experience, and risk analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations tactfully
