Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer for Office Apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting standard product workshops, in-depth product reviews, and health checks/assessments
  • Supporting migrations for Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
  • Acting as the primary technical contact for advanced technical support and problem resolution

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in O365 Office Apps support or consulting role
  • Experience with O365 Suite administration and troubleshooting at an advanced/expert level
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Understanding of ITIL/Service Management, PROSCI, Six Sigma, or other project management experience
  • 5 years working with Enterprise customers in technical readiness, delivery support services, or related fields
