Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Manager, Customer Engineering, who will lead a high-performing team of Customer Engineers to deliver proactive solutions, enhance operational excellence, and foster innovation while advocating for customer needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Engineers to ensure the delivery of impactful technical solutions
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving operational excellence from ideation through adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience and advocate for customer needs
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role within customer engineering or support
- Strong technical expertise in IT solutions, particularly in automation and deployment
- Ability to work East Coast business hours
- Experience in fostering team excellence and driving innovation
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational execution effectively
