Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert for customer inquiries, the full-time Customer Escalation Specialist will manage escalated enrollment cases and work closely with the Client Side Escalations Team while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal escalations, utilizing special data sources and tools to complete assigned tasks
  • Conduct outbound calls to consumers for account corrections and document requests
  • Review and verify consumer-provided annual income documents against application information
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
