Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert for customer inquiries, the full-time Customer Escalation Specialist will manage escalated enrollment cases and work closely with the Client Side Escalations Team while operating remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for internal escalations, utilizing special data sources and tools to complete assigned tasks
- Conduct outbound calls to consumers for account corrections and document requests
- Review and verify consumer-provided annual income documents against application information
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
