Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Event & Benefit Education Fulfillment Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive successful customer event delivery as the primary point of contact between teams
  • Lead and develop Benefit Education Leads to ensure high-quality customer event support
  • Ensure end-to-end coordination of customer events, including logistics and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer event coordination or related operational support role
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
  • Proven ability to lead through influence while executing work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
