Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Event & Benefit Education Fulfillment Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive successful customer event delivery as the primary point of contact between teams
- Lead and develop Benefit Education Leads to ensure high-quality customer event support
- Ensure end-to-end coordination of customer events, including logistics and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer event coordination or related operational support role
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Proven ability to lead through influence while executing work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
