Key Responsibilities
  • Process wholesale and online orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels
  • Monitor customer feedback and work cross-functionally to enhance customer service processes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; related experience or training preferred
  • One to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Ability to read and interpret various documents and instructions
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
