Job Summary

Based in Franklin, Tennessee, the full-time Customer Execution Manager will bridge strategic data and sales execution, translating insights into actionable retail plans while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting field teams, with occasional remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Translate market data into growth playbooks and brand recommendations
• Own the blueprint for seasonal planning and commercial launches
• Build and deliver tools for field teams to enhance retail partnerships and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Category Management, or Sales planning
• Successful experience building collaborative relationships across teams
• Ability to analyze complex data sources for strategy development
• Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, Circana)
