Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience System Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and configure customer-facing and operational platforms, managing user permissions and integrations
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Create dashboards and reports to ensure accurate data management and inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-5 years of experience administering Gainsight products or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs
  • Experience with automation, workflow design, and process mapping
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations preferred
