Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure customer-facing and operational platforms, managing user permissions and integrations
- Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Create dashboards and reports to ensure accurate data management and inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of experience administering Gainsight products or similar platforms
- Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs
- Experience with automation, workflow design, and process mapping
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations preferred
