Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to ensure student needs are met in a timely and high-quality manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student interactions through various communication channels with empathy and understanding
- Manage Tier II tickets and escalations while maintaining knowledge of assigned verticals
- Collect and organize student feedback, contributing insights to enhance the student experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
- Availability for weekend and/or evening work
- Ability to manage multiple student interactions throughout the day
- Punctuality and commitment to a reliable remote working environment
- Bonus: Fluency in Spanish
