Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to ensure student needs are met in a timely and high-quality manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle student interactions through various communication channels with empathy and understanding
  • Manage Tier II tickets and escalations while maintaining knowledge of assigned verticals
  • Collect and organize student feedback, contributing insights to enhance the student experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
  • Availability for weekend and/or evening work
  • Ability to manage multiple student interactions throughout the day
  • Punctuality and commitment to a reliable remote working environment
  • Bonus: Fluency in Spanish
