Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate - Disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle pilot line calls and email communications to ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Manage and authorize payments on claims while adhering to service and production standards
  • Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather necessary information for claims management


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • Two years of STD/LTD claims adjudication experience
  • Experience in TPA or self-administration services preferred
  • Knowledge of ERISA regulations and disability procedures
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and web-based systems
