Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate - Disability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle pilot line calls and email communications to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Manage and authorize payments on claims while adhering to service and production standards
- Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather necessary information for claims management
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Two years of STD/LTD claims adjudication experience
- Experience in TPA or self-administration services preferred
- Knowledge of ERISA regulations and disability procedures
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and web-based systems
