Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to provide support for clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls and emails, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Manage and authorize payments on claims while adhering to service standards
- Communicate with claimants and professionals to gather information regarding benefits and eligibility
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Two years of STD/LTD claims adjudication experience
- Experience in TPA or self-administration services preferred
- FMLA/State leave claims experience preferred
- Ability to learn medical terminology and interpret procedures and regulations
