Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to provide support for clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle calls and emails, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • Manage and authorize payments on claims while adhering to service standards
  • Communicate with claimants and professionals to gather information regarding benefits and eligibility
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • Two years of STD/LTD claims adjudication experience
  • Experience in TPA or self-administration services preferred
  • FMLA/State leave claims experience preferred
  • Ability to learn medical terminology and interpret procedures and regulations
