Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Experience Advocate will manage customer inquiries through various communication channels, utilizing in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate resolutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to deliver effective solutions while navigating policy details and researching products
- Document and resolve customer requests for account information, educating them on digital tools for self-service
- Meet or exceed established performance goals and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma required; prior experience in the annuity, retirement, or finance industry preferred
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and adapting to new technology
- Strong decision-making and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain focus under pressure
