Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Agent, 2026 New Grad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, and shipments in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Graduating in Dec 2025 or by Summer 2026) or equivalent practical experience
  • Internship or part-time experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or support preferred
  • Weekend availability required
  • Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
  • Exposure to support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus
