Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Engagement Analyst - Complaints Handler.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and investigate individual and complex complaints to determine root causes of customer dissatisfaction
- Communicate with internal teams and consumers via telephone or email regarding complaints
- Analyze complaints data and report customer feedback to assist in service and product improvement
Required Qualifications
- Secondary education is required; higher education is preferable
- Experience in customer service and/or the financial services industry is preferable
- Previous experience in complaint handling is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to receive training to navigate a case management tool
