Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Engagement Analyst - Complaints Handler.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and investigate individual and complex complaints to determine root causes of customer dissatisfaction
  • Communicate with internal teams and consumers via telephone or email regarding complaints
  • Analyze complaints data and report customer feedback to assist in service and product improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Secondary education is required; higher education is preferable
  • Experience in customer service and/or the financial services industry is preferable
  • Previous experience in complaint handling is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to receive training to navigate a case management tool
