Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Insights and Customer Experience Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop insights from data to shape strategies for the Global Eyewear and Software business
- Lead the creation of a robust insights ecosystem to understand customer needs and enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and improve the customer journey
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience translating complex data science concepts into business recommendations
- Proficiency with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization
- Strong background in statistical analysis and data science principles using tools such as Python or R
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to manage customer interactions
