Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations & Analytics Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CX metric reporting, including developing and maintaining dashboards for various performance indicators
- Coordinate RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions across departments
- Provide operational support, including project coordination and process development within the CX organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, analytics, or a related discipline
- Tableau certification or willingness to obtain it within 6-12 months
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Prior exposure to customer experience, analytics, proposal work, or operational support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or equivalents
