Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the development and maintenance of customer experience and credit-related reports and analytical solutions
- Partner with various teams to analyze customer data and prepare executive-level materials for operational recommendations
- Lead CX-related projects, including process improvements and training on CX-related reporting and tools
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent with 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Experience or related analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
- Ability to act as a Super User for operational systems like HighRadius
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or an Engineering-related field is preferred
