Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the development and maintenance of customer experience and credit-related reports and analytical solutions
  • Partner with various teams to analyze customer data and prepare executive-level materials for operational recommendations
  • Lead CX-related projects, including process improvements and training on CX-related reporting and tools
Required Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent with 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Experience or related analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
  • Ability to act as a Super User for operational systems like HighRadius
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or an Engineering-related field is preferred
