Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve the CX quality framework across customer support interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Monitor and report on key CX metrics and support data-driven decision making
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Experience Operations or Support Operations
- Hands-on experience managing quality programs using quality management tools
- Experience working closely with customer support teams and analyzing support data
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Training teams
- Experience driving improvements across the customer journey based on feedback
