Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and improve the CX quality framework across customer support interactions
  • Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify issues and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor and report on key CX metrics and support data-driven decision making
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Experience Operations or Support Operations
  • Hands-on experience managing quality programs using quality management tools
  • Experience working closely with customer support teams and analyzing support data
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Training teams
  • Experience driving improvements across the customer journey based on feedback
