Job Summary
Fluent in French or German, the full-time remote Customer Experience Analyst will optimize clients' IVR operations through data analysis, call testing, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate traditional IVR and generative AI systems through simulated test calls and provide actionable feedback
- Analyze large datasets and conversational call flows to identify trends and drive customer experience improvements
- Translate data into actionable insights and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and executive teams
Required qualifications
- Written and spoken fluency in French or German
- Strong analytical skills with experience in summarizing and analyzing complex datasets
- Familiarity with basic Excel formulas and pivot tables
- Proficiency in building presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote
- Experience collaborating in a remote team environment
