Job Summary

Fluent in French or German, the full-time remote Customer Experience Analyst will optimize clients' IVR operations through data analysis, call testing, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate traditional IVR and generative AI systems through simulated test calls and provide actionable feedback
  • Analyze large datasets and conversational call flows to identify trends and drive customer experience improvements
  • Translate data into actionable insights and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and executive teams
Required qualifications
  • Written and spoken fluency in French or German
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in summarizing and analyzing complex datasets
  • Familiarity with basic Excel formulas and pivot tables
  • Proficiency in building presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote
  • Experience collaborating in a remote team environment
