Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Architect, DACH.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to enhance their technical and operational health
- Provide a single point of accountability for assigned customer portfolios, facilitating regular communication and support
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the product team
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software development, databases, and APIs
- Experience in project management and managing multiple customer accounts
- Experience in conducting training sessions and creating educational materials for customers
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
