Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Architect, DACH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to enhance their technical and operational health
  • Provide a single point of accountability for assigned customer portfolios, facilitating regular communication and support
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the product team
Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of software development, databases, and APIs
  • Experience in project management and managing multiple customer accounts
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and creating educational materials for customers
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
