Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in user experience design, psychology, business, research, or marketing, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in Account Management, Strategic Marketing, Customer Insights, or Customer Experience across multiple channels
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Experience in human-centered research techniques and Design Thinking processes
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in complex settings
