Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and define high-impact customer experiences to enhance end-to-end interactions
  • Lead analysis of customer journeys and develop metrics to measure customer experience
  • Influence strategic initiatives across various business facets to deliver customer-facing solutions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in user experience design, psychology, business, research, or marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of experience in Account Management, Strategic Marketing, Customer Insights, or Customer Experience across multiple channels
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Experience in human-centered research techniques and Design Thinking processes
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record in complex settings
