Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the part-time Customer Experience Administrative Assistant will support the Customer Experience organization with data entry, scheduling, and general administrative tasks in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing correspondence
  • Organize and update customer experience-related documents, reports, and files
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
