Job Summary
Detail-oriented and organized, the part-time Customer Experience Administrative Assistant will support the Customer Experience organization with data entry, scheduling, and general administrative tasks in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing correspondence
- Organize and update customer experience-related documents, reports, and files
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
