Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized customer support via email, live chat, and social media
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while resolving complex issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in customer service
  • Extensive knowledge of company products and brand
  • Experience with Gorgias or similar software preferred
  • Experience with Shopify preferred
