Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to assist customers with inquiries and provide support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone and email with product and service questions
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails while providing technical support
- Proactively identify solutions and take ownership of resolving customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience with computer and web-based tools
- 1+ years of customer service or veterinary care experience
- Ability to work 9:30am - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday
- Comfortable with virtual environments and phone interactions
