Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to assist customers with inquiries and provide support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers over the phone and email with product and service questions
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails while providing technical support
  • Proactively identify solutions and take ownership of resolving customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of experience with computer and web-based tools
  • 1+ years of customer service or veterinary care experience
  • Ability to work 9:30am - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday
  • Comfortable with virtual environments and phone interactions
