Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with internal and external customers to obtain necessary information for processing test samples and communicate test status
  • Support the Sales team with account requests, order processing, and manage customer inquiries and complaints
  • Assist in mentoring new employees and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies while handling patient information
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree or equivalent required; two- or four-year undergraduate degree or certification preferred
  • At least 2 years of prior customer service experience
  • Multi-lingual skills are a strong plus
