Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule customers for collision repair and estimate appointments following established procedures
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
• Assist customers with rental reservations and problem resolution through active listening and resource utilization

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D
• Ability and flexibility to work rotating Saturdays and other schedules
• Access to a modem and high-speed internet that meet minimum requirements
