Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits
  • Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company policies and technology
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
  • Complete background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
