Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate I to serve as the first point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and support team operations during peak times


Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
  • Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
