Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate I.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Assist customers by providing information about payments, benefits, and account statuses
- Process transactions and research requests using web-based applications while maintaining compliance
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
- Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Must have a secure, reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
