Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their CX team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer support for the upgraded EHR platform and managed healthcare services
  • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and chat regarding EHR usage
  • Identify customer needs and assist in optimizing their use of EHR features
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in a customer support or success role
  • Experience with healthcare software such as Electronic Medical Records
  • Ability to work 9 am - 5 pm PT, Monday - Friday
  • Passion for improving mental healthcare access and quality
  • Experience utilizing a ticketing system in a customer-facing role
