Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their CX team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer support for the upgraded EHR platform and managed healthcare services
- Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and chat regarding EHR usage
- Identify customer needs and assist in optimizing their use of EHR features
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a customer support or success role
- Experience with healthcare software such as Electronic Medical Records
- Ability to work 9 am - 5 pm PT, Monday - Friday
- Passion for improving mental healthcare access and quality
- Experience utilizing a ticketing system in a customer-facing role
