Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with internal and external customers to gather necessary information for processing test samples
  • Communicate test statuses, manage customer inquiries, and support the Sales team with account requests
  • Document customer interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies while mentoring new employees
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree or equivalent required; two- or four-year degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of prior customer service experience
  • Multi-lingual skills are a strong plus
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
