Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with internal and external customers to gather necessary information for processing test samples
- Communicate test statuses, manage customer inquiries, and support the Sales team with account requests
- Document customer interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies while mentoring new employees
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent required; two- or four-year degree preferred
- At least 2 years of prior customer service experience
- Multi-lingual skills are a strong plus
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
