Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in a customer experience-related role; e-commerce or startup preferred
  • Proficient with platforms such as ZenDesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Demonstrated positive approach toward customers
  • Passion for understanding problems and being solution-oriented
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
