Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a customer experience-related role; e-commerce or startup preferred
- Proficient with platforms such as ZenDesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated positive approach toward customers
- Passion for understanding problems and being solution-oriented
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
