Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to provide front-line customer service support related to insurance regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with tasks and processes
- Complete routine regulatory compliance tasks and client intake/sales support in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and deescalate customer situations effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Previous insurance experience or basic insurance knowledge preferred
- Tax filing experience preferred but not required
- Computer knowledge and proficiency with MS Office
