Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to provide front-line customer service support related to insurance regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with tasks and processes
  • Complete routine regulatory compliance tasks and client intake/sales support in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and deescalate customer situations effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Previous insurance experience or basic insurance knowledge preferred
  • Tax filing experience preferred but not required
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency with MS Office
