Customer Experience Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to obtain necessary information for processing test samples and communicate test status
• Support the Sales team with account requests, order processing, and customer inquiries
• Document customer interactions and manage accounts while ensuring compliance with HIPAA policies

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; two- or four-year degree preferred
• At least 2 years of prior customer service experience
• Multi-lingual skills are a strong plus
