Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to obtain critical information for processing test samples
  • Provide timely communication regarding test status, coordinate appointments, and triage technical issues
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on account-related activities and manage order statuses
Required Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Multilingual skills are a strong plus
