Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional support to a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to obtain critical information for processing test samples
- Provide timely communication regarding test status, coordinate appointments, and triage technical issues
- Collaborate with the Sales team on account-related activities and manage order statuses
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Multilingual skills are a strong plus
