Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their CX team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Monitor and manage order workflows, including adjustments and account-level changes
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve partner-facing issues and maintain accurate records


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, or operations in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing tools, and a solid understanding of order management processes
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open cases simultaneously
  • Availability to work a schedule aligned to US Pacific or Eastern business hours
