Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their CX team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Monitor and manage order workflows, including adjustments and account-level changes
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve partner-facing issues and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, or operations in a B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM and ticketing tools, and a solid understanding of order management processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open cases simultaneously
- Availability to work a schedule aligned to US Pacific or Eastern business hours
