Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer experience across multiple communication channels while achieving designated KPIs
  • Promote products and services, making recommendations based on customer needs
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate support throughout the registration and certification processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience with CRM/database applications, such as Salesforce, is a plus
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office products and web applications
  • Demonstrated passion for customer experience and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
