Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their remote Customer Experience Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for users, assisting with onboarding hosts and recommending locations and services
- Provide friendly and efficient service across various contact channels to ensure a seamless booking experience
- Identify trends and suggest process and product improvements based on customer insights
Required Qualifications:
- 1-6 years of corporate customer experience (CX) experience
- Experience with Intercom or similar CRM tools
- Passion for problem-solving and customer interaction
- Able to quickly adapt to new technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humor
