Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their remote Customer Experience Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for users, assisting with onboarding hosts and recommending locations and services
  • Provide friendly and efficient service across various contact channels to ensure a seamless booking experience
  • Identify trends and suggest process and product improvements based on customer insights


Required Qualifications:
  • 1-6 years of corporate customer experience (CX) experience
  • Experience with Intercom or similar CRM tools
  • Passion for problem-solving and customer interaction
  • Able to quickly adapt to new technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humor
