Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to provide document review and data support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 phone coverage and handle customer inquiries
- Assess calls for immediate service, transfer, or follow-up needs
- Gather necessary information to update databases and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required
- Must have customer service experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook
- Experience with medical insurance, Medicaid, or pharmacy benefits preferred
