Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to provide document review and data support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7 phone coverage and handle customer inquiries
  • Assess calls for immediate service, transfer, or follow-up needs
  • Gather necessary information to update databases and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Must have customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook
  • Experience with medical insurance, Medicaid, or pharmacy benefits preferred
