Job Summary

Customer Experience Associate provides full-time front-line customer service support related to insurance regulatory compliance, client intake, and sales support, assisting customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, and chat
  • Process routine regulatory compliance tasks and client intake information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of office experience preferred
  • Previous insurance experience or basic insurance knowledge preferred
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency with MS 365
