Job Summary
Customer Experience Associate provides full-time front-line customer service support related to insurance regulatory compliance, client intake, and sales support, assisting customers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, and chat
- Process routine regulatory compliance tasks and client intake information
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of office experience preferred
- Previous insurance experience or basic insurance knowledge preferred
- Computer knowledge and proficiency with MS 365
