Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional in-person days, the part-time Customer Experience Associate will assist users with account-related issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure account security while contributing to a positive user experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to user questions and requests through support channels
  • Assist users with account-related issues, including login problems and billing inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve unauthorized account activity and educate users on security best practices
Required qualifications
  • Some experience in a customer support or technical support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with desktop and mobile operating systems and customer service platforms
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
