Job Summary

To support customer engagement and loyalty initiatives, the part-time Customer Experience Associate will manage inbound and outbound communications, gather customer feedback, and identify sales opportunities while working onsite in Malvern, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through various communication channels
  • Capture customer feedback and insights within Salesforce and related platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and support customer loyalty initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or 3-5+ years of customer service-related experience required
  • Experience in customer service, call center, inside sales, or product support preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset
